Quality

Our Quality Approach

As a distinguished manufacturer and exporter in paper-based packaging solutions, we proudly announce our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability following industrial standards.

Quality is the heartbeat of our operations. Quality is present at every stage of our production journey that begins with our customers placing orders. In paper-based packaging, where preservation, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility are crucial, quality is the foundation upon which we build our success.

Quality assurance is the cornerstone of each product we produce. Our unwavering commitment to producing flawless packaging solutions ensures that your products remain unaffected by external factors throughout their journey from production to the end consumer. Quality is not just a product feature; it is embedded in each processes we perform.

By adhering to strict quality standards, we optimize production, streamline operations, reduce waste, save costs for both ourselves and our customers, and protect the environment.

Quality and Sustainability

At Mayapack, quality and sustainability are integrated. We are environmentally responsible by ensuring the efficient use of natural resources and energy in production. Through effective quality management, we not only offer cost-effective solutions to our customers by efficiently using resources such as raw materials and energy but also prioritize environmental care.

Under the umbrella of quality management, we constantly strive to improve efficiency and create more customer value with less resource consumption, thus continually enhancing sustainability. As inhabitants of our planet, we observe all the impacts of packaging on the environment. As one of the industry’s leading manufacturers, we also work strictly on minimizing these impacts.

Sustainability, which guides us and determines our principles of operation, is the cornerstone of Mayapack. Sustainability encompasses all living and non-living entities on our planet, aiming for the continuity of their social, environmental, and economic lives. This continuity is achieved not through strict and rigid rules but through a flexible and inclusive perspective. Sustainability is exactly what makes it sustainable—dynamic and fluid.

Our Understanding of Sustainability

Our Environmental Awareness

We consider it our duty to protect the natural resources of our world and to contribute to creating a better future than today by encouraging environmental awareness in all our communications and by caring about the environmental impacts in our production and supply chain.

Our Social Awareness

We respect social, political and cultural values in every geography in which we operate, and we continue our tradition of supporting contemporary education, sports, culture and arts to increase the quality of social life with a strong social responsibility awareness.

Our Economic Awareness

We pursue fair and balanced income distribution, which we adopt in order to improve the current level in the national and global arena and create more prosperous communities for the future. “We always keep our awareness open on issues targeting economic growth together with all stakeholders, by saving money while producing value-added products and services.”

Waste Management

As part of our efforts to minimize waste, we make intensive efforts to reduce the environmental impact of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. We regularly deliver hazardous waste to licensed companies that comply with environmental regulations, especially for the safe transport, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste.

Additionally, we deliver non-hazardous waste to licensed companies to minimize environmental impact. By doing so, we contribute to minimizing waste through sustainable methods such as recycling and reuse. These efforts help us achieve our environmental protection and sustainability goals.
